Privacy Policy
This page explains what pingato.com keeps about you when you visit or write to us. Each of our apps has its own privacy policy on its own site: FBadio.
In short
- No ads, no tracking, nothing to sign up for.
- We only learn about you if you write to us, and then only what you tell us.
- We never sell or share what you send us.
Visiting pingato.com
- We don’t use tracking or advertising tools, and nothing on this site follows you to other websites.
- So the opening animation doesn’t replay when you come back to the page, your browser makes a note that you’ve already seen it. The note stays in your browser, only for that tab, and is forgotten when you close the tab. We never see it.
- Like almost every website, the company that hosts our site and the service that helps deliver it (Cloudflare) briefly keep basic records of visits, such as the time and your internet address, to keep the site working and safe. We don’t use these to find out who you are.
When you write to us
What we receive: the app and topic you pick, your name if you give it, your email address, your message, and which page brought you to the form (for example, the bottom of fbad.io).
What we do with it: it arrives in our email inbox, and we use it only to read and answer your message.
Who sees it: only us. We don’t sell it, share it, or add you to any mailing list.
How long we keep it: as long as we need it to help you. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
Stopping junk messages: to stop anyone sending lots of messages at once, the site keeps a scrambled version of your internet address for one hour and then deletes it on its own. It can’t be turned back into your real address.
Your choices
You can ask us what we have from you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Just write to us.
Children
This site isn’t meant for children. If you think a child has sent us a message, let us know and we’ll delete it.
Changes
If this policy changes, we’ll update this page and the date at the top.
